Aries amongst the Stars with Suzi

Good Morning All, Today I'd like to share with you my latest project featuring one of Lizzy's beautiful images.

I've used 'Aries from the Odd Oracles Series of images, image#428' she's coloured with Alcohol Markers, along with some iridescent acrylic medium, and fine liner for details.

I've used cheesecloth and MDF Star clusters to embellish my canvas.

Life in the Forest :)

Hello Oddball's

 Today I do not show you a card :) 

I processed the wonderful image of Lizzy in a plastic champagne bottle.The bottle was filled with Celebrations sweets before :)The lower part of the bottle can be opened and so I could put the inner things there well.I colorized the Digi with twin markers and polycolors.First, I screwed down the lower lid and sprinkled the interior with Adirondack Color Wash (yellow and blue tones).What should be the front, I have removed again with a damp cloth.At the top of the bottle, I attached a large green glittering butterfly.Now comes the lid. I designed this with gauze, which I previously sprayed with Color Wash.The little brown bear was placed on the left in the ceiling.The Digi I made a Knickrand down and glued it on the gauze.So that the bear keeps well, he is still fixed on the bear.With metal paint in gold and bronze, I dyed the gauze and pulled with it threads (the paint is viscous)Then screwed on the lid and painted the cork on top also in gold lacquer.Outside the bottle, I ran this paint in long stripes.It was really fun to work and I hope you like it :)

I am Messy Shannon

Hi Oddballs,




Our April theme is "Messy & Sketchy", so I decided to use IMG#232/B "Shannon" for my inspiration.  As soon as I saw her sweatshirt top with the words "I am" on it, I knew I could do something with it.  Not being a real digital artist I just used a text box to add the word Messy, and I found the perfect quote to go with it.  I used the "Happy Birthday sentiment" in the set as well.  This set is great value with a speech bubble and six sentiments as well.

April ATC Swap

Hey Oddballs!!!  EK here today to share a couple of ATCs I made for the April ATC Swap.  Have you gotten your made yet?

Finally, I used IMG 374, Easter Basket & Eggs Ghoulish Gifts for my final card.  I know Easter is over, but the image is just too cute to wait a full year to use again.

Tiffs Garden

Hi Oddballs - Angie here with another Inspiration Post for our Blog Challenge (Always Anything Goes with an Optional Theme - this month's being Messy & Sketchy)

I have used Tiffs Garden IMG89.

I created an Art Journal page this month.

Coloured with copic markers and gel pens.

My background on the image is water based ink pads with aqua pen.

My Art Journal page is one of my Gel Plate prints with some stencils. Than adding various stamps using Jet Black Memento ink to go with my image and theme.
