Hi Oddballs!  It's EK here today to share a little bit of my current Oddball project.  

Today I am playing around in my art journal along with the digital stamp IMG9 Wanda.

I went with a black and white theme when coloring the digital image in with my copic markers.  Then I fussy cut out the image so I could add it to my art journal.

ATC Swap June 2018 Reminder

Hey Oddballs,

I am here today to remind you our ATC swap has moved to the Oddball website https://www.oddballartco.com/

If you go to the Community tab, then to the Oddball Forum, and then click on the bottom left-hand box for the ATC Swaps https://www.oddballartco.com/community/oddball-art-swaps.  There you will see a box that contains the rules of the swaps and then the current month's swap next to hit.  Hit that box and then you leave your comments and photos of your ATCs there, easy peasy.  However, don't forget you must log in first to join in the conversation.

June theme inspiration with Jennifer

Nixie Spirit of the Sea

Hi Oddballs - Angie here with another Inspiration Post for our Blog Challenge (Always Anything Goes with an Optional Theme - this month's being Mermaids from Outer Space)

I am using IMG320 Nixie Spirit of the Sea.

I had a bit of fun making this ATC - I coloured using the monochrome style with blue tones.

Added a bit of washi tape and dots and flicks of ink to add some depth and interest to my piece of patterned paper.

All I Hoped To Find

Hey Oddballs!  It's EK here sneaking in today to remind you that the current monthly challenge is underway!

This month the theme is "Mermaids from Outer Space", but as always that theme is optional.  The Design Team always loves seeing how you play with Oddball digital stamps, so make sure you load your design for a chance to randomly win a prize for participating.

Today I am playing with one of the new digital stamps from Oddball, IMG443 Mermaid of the Stars.

I colored the image up with my copic markers, making the decission to make my mermaid sea tinted green with seaweed inspired hair.  

I added color to the background with Black Soot Distress Oxide.  Then I splattered Spectrum Noir sparkle pen all over the card to create stars.  Finally, I added a sentiment from a Tim Holtz sentiment stick pack.

Mermaids from Outerspace with Sid the silly Seahorse

Hello Oddballs

Its me... Tina. Hey Ho ... here comes another mermaid for your inspiration for our Blog Challenge / ATC Swap. She has made herself comfortable on the crescent moon and a small winged seahorse comes to visit her. 

I designed the background with spray starch and brusho colors on photo paper. These little white dots I have painted with a gel pen and the seahorse still decorated with glitter glue. The images i colored with Polychomos.
