Cloud Background Tutorial

Hi all!!

I'm joining you today with a tutorial for the cloud background.

Materials used

I use Versa Ink Cyan blue, but any blue ink would work fine.
Cloud die cuts, I use different shape and size ones. You could always cut out circles and shape them into clouds to do the same job.
A dabber (not sure what else to call it!)

The Process

1. Start by putting the cloud die cut at the bottom of the white card.

2. Holding the die cut down I put the dabber into the ink and then edge the cloud die cut over the white card. When you move the die cut shape it shows as a clear white cloud and blue over the top.

3. I use the different cloud shapes and hold them at different angles, to create an unusual pattern.

4. I do a cloud outline on the bottom left, then the bottom right, then a little higher and in the middle.

5. Then I repeat the process above the cloud shapes I have just done.

6. The photo on the right shows my complete cloud background, which I then cut down to the correct size for the background.

Here is my completed card using Image No. 113
I've kept it simple so you can still see the background clearly.

Early Morning Colouring with Ria...

Happy Monday ODDBALLS :)

I hope you had a good weekend and got alot of time to play with your papers and stamps.

Today I started with Digistamp Big Eye Christmas Girl All Tangled Up- no.123

I coloured her with Spectrum Noir markers and Pencils and a little bit of Platina Stickles...

And here is the card that I created with her.

Materials used:

Oddball Art Digistamp Big Eye Christmas Girl All Tangled Up- no.123

Spectrum Noir markers and pencils, Platina Stickles, White Molotow marker, Ribbon, Lace, It's the season clear stamp Unknown? Papers are nameless.

I used a Christmas tree die and used Lilac pearl cardstock to cut it out. Used 2 snowflake punched and a flower punch behind the roses.

Early morning colouring with Ria...

Happy Monday Oddball Fans...

Today I want to show you this cute Stamp from Oddball Art Stamps. Big Eye Winter Deer Girl with Snowflakes- Dusty Doe Eyes Image no 119.

Isn't she awesome for christmas cards... I coloured her with Spectrum Noir markers and enhanced it with Spectrum Noir pencils.

I used Basic Grey Fidgy Pudding paper, Noor Designs Die, Buttons, Pearls and Handstitched all the borders.

This stamp comes with 3 cute little snowflakes. But I only used one of them on my card.

Early Morning Colouring with Ria...

Hello fellow Oddball Fans,

today is my first day posting on the Oddball Art blog and I want to show you one of my early morning colourings.

Today I coloured this Digi Stamp Big Eye Creepy Cute Fairy Girl no. 65 by Lizzy Love. I used Copics-Spectrum Noir markers, Prisma pencils and Spectrum Noir pencils and a Molotow marker for the white dots.

And my finished card.
