Ghoulish Garden

Hello!

Today I bring you some inspiration with stamps from Oddball Art Stamps.

To make this card I used the freebies CCC143 St Patrick's Day Premium and CCC144 Ghoulish Garden

Colored with my Finecolours, I cut them out with scissors and set them aside.

On a white panel, I drew a line that separated ground and sky with a black marker and colored with my alcohol markers, leaving everything very simple.

Finally, I pasted the digis and the sentiment in the place I had chosen for them.

Quick and easy

WTF!

Hi everyone!

New week has started and here's the new card I just finished ☺️

At this card I used Oddball images CCC 142 WTF Cactus and CCC 128 This is Halloween. I arranged the scene with text editor, then printed it and coloured the images with alcohol markers and white gel pen. The background I did with stencil and Distress Ink.

I have to admit that this is very topical card because I have forgotten few birthdays in few past months... Shame on me!

Remember that with this code DTMER1 you can buy 2 digi stamps from Oddball Stamps and pay only one. The more the merrier!

Happy crafting!

Art Journal Page using CCC #144

 Hey there Crafty Creeps!

I have a quick art journal Page to share with you all using Creepy Cute Chronicles edition #144 along with stamp #104 Graveyard Fran Tick

For the background, I started with layering gesso, purple paint, and teal color shine. After that was dry, I splattered some more color shine and let that dry completely.

Then I grabbed a stencil and art screen ink, also and teal, and gave my background a little texture. To create my quote, I used a dreamy tissue paper that I recently picked up at the Dollar Tree, and suuuuuper old Technique Tuesday and Amy Tan alpha stamps, with the quote on the left from The Ink Road Stamps.

To give my focal pieces some kind of grounding I picked out some washi and scraps of a brown paper bag. I also added some messy stitching in teal and black before gluing down Fran and Skull Flowers.

I love the way the "Badass" phrase is nestled in the flowers and how Fran is gazing up at the quote. If you want to pick up these stamps or any others from the Oddball Shop make sure to use my coupon code CEL1 to get a free stamp with the purchase of 2!

St Patrick's Day!

Today is March 17th - St Patrick's Day!

And here is today's card for Oddball Art Co! Our Oddball theme for this month is

Lucky Spring Days -St. Patricks Day/Spring Begins

Oddball Art Stamps is sponsoring the Outlawz challenge
this month, so the other day I made this card featuring Easter girl

Someone asked about the fold so I thought I would make a similar card featuring

Step ONE

Make the card base - I actually did this on my Cricut but it is just as easy to draw it out and score and fold

Make mountain and valley folds as shown:

Step THREE

This will now form this fold:

Step FOUR

Add a square of patterned paper in the centre (3in square) and smaller squares to the sides. I used some Stampin Up paper.

Step FIVE

Print the sentiment and images from the set and add colour with markers. Stick in place. I then added Glossy Accents to the bunny's eyes.

You will see a similar post on my blog, Calling All Crafters!

These are my two cards:

Treasure!

Hey everyone!  Jenn here today with another fun St. Patrick's Day project!  Today I decided to share a wall-hanging I created using an old wooden box cover from a set of essential oils.  I painted the wooden box cover black and sprayed it with Tim Holtz Distress Spray in Old Olive, then created the background using my favorite technique of alcohol inks with blending solution on glossy cardstock.  The addition of the gold alloy inks really make it pop - I wish the pics could do it justice!  I turned the cauldron from CCC #137 Cozy & Crafty digi into a Pot 'O Gold!  LOL  I added a clay skull that my buddy Glo made me and lots of gold Stickles glitter, a little silver cauldron charm, some green gemstones, a shamrock sticker, and a little "Treasure" definition.

I hope you like it!  Have a safe & fun St. Patrick's Day if you celebrate it - I'll be cooking corned beef & cabbage for 30 people!  Wish me luck!  LOL  Peace.

Cuddle Weather

Hello!

Today I want to show you how to make this card to celebrate Saint Patrick's Day and that spring is starting shortly with its changing times in which you just want to snuggle.

To make it, I used three sets of digis from Oddball Stamps: the freebie CCC 142 “WTF Cactus”, the exclusive monthly digital stamp set for March subscribers “Rainy Days” and the digi img# 298 “Holding Pot of Gold Lassi Leprechaun” in the version that Lizzy gave away a long time ago during one of her coloring shows.

I colored the three sets with my Finecolours and cut out the different elements with scissors.

To make the background, I first glued the sentiment onto the white card base of the card. (This step I could have been skipped If I had printed the sentiment directly on this basis).

With a cloud stencil and Rosée ink from I-Zink I made the sky. I used this color because I had used the pink tones for the cloud.

For the grass on the ground, I punched out three pieces of cardstock of varying heights and inked them with the colors Emeraude, Menthe, and Verveine from I-Zink.

The assembly of the scene is the simplest. I glued the elements with white glue and double-sided tape.

Finally I made an envelope and decorated it to match the card.

I hope you like and inspire. And remember that the Oddball Art Stamps WIX page has a new challenge where you can get many prizes; also that you have the hashtag #creepycutechronicles to share your creations and the discount code DTIRENE10 for your purchases.

See you!

Lassi Leprechaun - St. Patrick's Day

Good morning!  Jenn here today with a fun St. Patrick's Day card for you using image Holding Pot of Gold Lassi Leprechaun #298.

I colored Lassi with Prismacolor pencils & blended with mineral spirits.  I added some Gold Stickles glue, some orange brads, random text stickers, a little tape, some gemstone stickers, and gold numbers. The background was created with Ranger Alcohol Inks and Alloys, my favorite technique. I tend to keep my cards pretty simple and I love to coordinate all of my colors and embellishments. Crafting is truly therapeutic to me -I have learned to schedule one day each week for crafting, I find it helps me to keep committed and guilt-free about spending my day in my craft room!  Peace.

You inspire me

Hello!

The card I bring you today follows the Oddball Stamps theme of the month: Womens History Month (female artists or and dope Lady leaders of the pack).

It is a very simple card in which I have basically only used markers and cardboard, as well as the digital stamps of Oddball Stamps img 19 Eye Camping Girly Cassidy and img 157 Artist Extraordinaire Kiki Kool Colors.

As always, I started by coloring the digis with my Finecolours alcohol markers and cut them out with scissors.

For the background, I cut a panel of cardboard and from just below half the height, and using fonts similar to graffiti, I wrote in different colors the names of some of the most important female artista in history. In order not to leave the background white, I colored in a very subtle tone around the names.

Although it is not necessary, but for the floor I used another cardboard where with alcohol markers, I drew a parquet floor. I could have done it directly on the background panel

On top I glued the two digis that I had previously colored.

For the sentiment, I printed the phrase You inspire me in white font and a black background.

Simple and quick to do.

I hope you like and inspire. And remember that the Oddball Art Stamps WIX page has a new challenge where you can get many prizes; also that you have the hashtag #creepycutechronicles to share your creations and the discount code DTIRENE10 for your purchases.

See you!
