Long Summer Nights

Hello!!

Today I bring you a short post to show you this inspiration card made with the CCC116 Premium Long Summer Nights from Oddball Stamps

It is as simple to do as print the complete image with all the elements at card size, as we find it in the download file and colorize it.

To avoid accidents, I first colored the elements of the digital stamp with my Finecolours and then I masked them with post-it paper (but you can use any other of the same style).

The background is also very simple: a sky at sunset with the purple, orange and red tones of the Pastel Ohuhu Markers; with the blue tones of the same set of markers, the sea; and sand with the warm grays of the Finecolours.

Simple, fast and beautiful.

I hope you like it and inspire and encourage you to make your own creations.

I remind you that you have the discount code DTIRENE10 for your purchases in the Oddball Stamps store and the hashtag #creepycutechronicles to share your work on the networks.

See you!

Card "Hello summer" by Roberta

Hello everyone!
Here is my first project as a DT Member of Oddball Art & Co.
I am really very happy to be part of this team, I like the stamps very much!
To make this card I used the Sally & Charlie digital stamp that I printed on cardboard suitable for use with alcohol markers.

The background was created with Distress Oxide in Faded Jeans and Broken China shades.
Next I created the sea waves with a stencil and glitter paste.

Do you like my project ???
You can find me on instagram @robyscrap and on facebook La Scrap Caverna

See you soon,
Roberta

ATcoin I love summer

 Hi crafty friends,

I was scrolling trough the Oddballart shop when I came across the 2020 members exclusive collection from the Creepy Cute Chronicles. And OMG when you buy this set, you get so much incredible images. The digital stamps are crazy beautiful, but I especially love all the cute little figures that come with the package. Now there is a 50% discount when u use code SUMMERSALE. The set normally costs 24$, but with the discount it's only 12$ for 12 months worth of images. That is only one dollar per month! Yes, I know, that is a bargain!

https://www.oddballartco.com/product-page/2020-members-exclusive-complete-collection-creepy-cute-chronicles

The image I used for this ATcoin is from the month July. This batty is so cute.

The image itself is colored with regular coloring pencils (Arteza).

For the background I used the Faber Castell watercolor pencils. It is so easy and relaxing and I just thought it would suit this project perfectly. You only need these pencils, a paintbrush and water.

Hope you like it!

xoxo Kelly

A walk among the mushrooms ... card by ilCiecoFuffo

Hello my Creepy Girls, here I am again with a card and the beautiful stamps of Lizzy from OddballArtStamp, I don't know how but with her stamps, surreal landscapes always come to mind, if you use a stamp like this the game is easy. I immediately loved, just seen, even before joining the DT, this set of "CCCFOGGY FOREST FLOOR". I immediately imagined a walk (not very recommendable) in a small haunted swamp where a drizzle fell thick and cheerful in contrast to the poisonous mushrooms that grew on the lawn ... sometimes my imagination is a little excessive perhaps!
But let's move on to the card ...
I wanted to try again a technique that with digital stamps is sometimes a bit risky, watercolor, because the ink is not impermeable to water, but I did it !!!
I printed everything on a thick, amber-colored paper with small inclusions, a paper still suitable for watercolor. I colored first with my beloved Mijello MissionGold Class, then finished with the Lyra's Rembrandt polycolor pencils and finally gave touches of golden light with the "starry color" Gansai Tambi.

For the details of the rain I used the black and white gel pens.
Once everything was colored, I cut out the card and first created a frame with a mirrored gold sheet by Bazzill and then a matte black one.

At this point I colored the sentimet in the banner, always with watercolors, I cut it out and applied it on the card, then completing it with a physical stamp that I already had.

And the game is over, I love this card and I love these mushrooms, I hope that among you there are others who love them like me!

For today I greet you and send everyone a sea of kisses

yours

CiecoFuffo

Monster Mash

These is today's post for Oddball Art Co - Our Oddball theme for June 2021 is

HIP HIP HOORAY ~ SUMMER CELEBRATIONS

For my main project I am using the

JUNE MEMBERS EXCLUSIVE CALLED MONSTER MASH

Zombie elephant plus sentiment

This is just a simple card but before I get on to this I would just like to share two more. For the last week we have been staying at my youngest son's place with our granddaughters.
In Spotlight I saw a We R Memory Makers Airbrush set and I thought we would all like to play with this! (We did!)

I had a few images and sentiments in my diary and Isabell (aged 9) enjoyed spraying these.
We then put them together into a couple of cards.
Unfortunately the photos are quite dark as I didn't have a good spot to take them...

This one used CCC14 Bouquet of Love

Despite the skull she quite liked this image but she found the next one quite scary.

This is the image that Lizzy Love drew for the Clever Dexter Challenge.
By the way, you still have a few days to enter the current Clever Dexter Challenge

But back to my card....

Step ONE

Print the image and sentiment. Spray with marker airbrush using markers that came with the kit.  Add more colour with usual markers.

Step TWO

Cut to size and add a pink card mat and place on pale blue rectangular card blank.

Step THREE

Add an embellishment using another piece of pink card and some washi.

Step FOUR

Add some small pearls.

You will see a similar post on my blog Calling all Crafters!

Hello There

Hi!

A new Friday I bring you a simple tutorial with stamps from the Oddball Stamps

As always, I started coloring with my alcohol markers, Finecolour, and cutting out all the images with scissors.

Then, on a white cardboard card base, I made the background. I have decided to make one more card by drawing it by hand with simple strokes.

After coloring it, I glued the images to form the scene and put a feeling on it.

Simple, fast and with very nice results.

I hope you like the idea and it inspires you to make your own creations.

You Are a Star!

Hi friends - Jenn here today and I wanted to get everyone into the spirit for our 4th of July holiday here in the US so I decided to color up my images in red, white, and blue.  I used Big Eye Beauty Whimsical Dreams Sally's Stars #292 and Hand Drawn Stars and Bubbles #343 to create this pretty card:

I colored my image with Prismacolor pencils & mineral spirits and used some fun patriotic papers from Doodlebug Designs to pair it with. I fussy-cut the image and applied it with dimensional squares so it would "pop".  I added some Rangers Stickles to the stars and bubbles, finished it off with a ribbon tag and a sentiment sticker "you are a star".  Hope you are all enjoying your Summer!  Peace.

Happy Father's Day!

Hi!

For today I have prepared a super simple card to make with the digital stamp Img# 414 Dr. Feel Good from Oddball Stamps

It is a very special greeting for the next Father's Day, as it can be personalized to infinity.

First I will tell you how I did it.

On a cardboard panel, I applied blue ink to one corner.

I colored the digi with my Finecolours and cut it out.

I printed and cut out the sentiment.

At the time of mounting the card I found it to be very bland, so I added the drawing of the stethoscope on the panel and a false stitching on the edge.

Simple, right?

In my case, I made it thinking of a future father who still does not know either that he will be a father or the sex of the child. But with a simple change of colors and / or sentiment you can completely change the message. Using pink ink and coloring the stethoscope to match, instead of "It's a boy," it could be "It's a girl."

For the usual Daddies, instead of "The doctor said: It's a boy" we print a "The doctor said: take care of your health" we already have a completely different card... and with small changes, we can get dozens of possibilities!

I hope you like and inspire.

I remind you that you have the discount code DTIRENE10 for your purchases on the Oddball Stamps website and the hashtag #creepycutechronicles to share your work!

See you!

Always Room for S'more!

Hello friends!  Jenn here today - our theme for this month is SUMMERTIME!  I decided to use the new Digital Creepy Cute S'Mores Collage Sheet #495:

I wanted the focus to be on this pretty sentiment, so I fussy-cut the S'more image and colored it with Prismacolor pencils & mineral spirits and added some shimmery white Pops of Color liquid to the marshmallow.  Papers are from Doodlebug Designs Inc., along with the little chocolate chip stickers. Topped it off with a ribbon - I love this card!  Hope you are all having a lovely Summer and that you make lots of time for sunshine and S'mores!  Peace.
