I Love My Cat ATC!

Good morning friends!  Jenn here today and I decided to make a cute little ATC.  This one uses the box from CCC #145: Spring Cleaning and the kitty from CCC #149: Haunted Picnic - I cut along the box edge and tucked the kitty inside to look like he was playing in the box, as my kitty Merlin loves to do:

This paper pad from Doodlebug Designs is called Smitten Kitten and was perfect to pair with the kitty stamp - I added some stickers from the same line and a little ribbon tag.  The images were colored with Prismacolor pencils & mineral spirits.

I'm off to spend the day crafting - I'm so looking forward to it. Lizzy's images are so much fun to play with, there's such a huge variety that I never get bored!  Hope you all have a wonderful day!  Peace.

Hello, Bunny Kisses Rainbows

Hi friends! Today, I'm here on the Oddball blog featuring CCC April Members Exclusive 2021  Bunny Kisses and CCC 148 Premium Rainbows.

Let's begin! First, using my Fiskars Card Making Bypass Paper Trimmer, I cut a piece of 3.5 x 8 inches DCWV Confetti Pattern Paper  for my base and  a piece of pattern paper 3.75 x 8.25 inches for another layer.

Then, I printed CCC April Member Exclusive 2021 Bunny Kisses and CCC 148 Premium Rainbow. After that I started coloring them one at a time using my Arteza Ever Blend Markers. I used several colors for this particular card. For the rainbows,  I used - Red - A415 (Wine Red), A412 (Red), A410 (Rose Red), and A487 (Watermelon Pink), Orange - A416 (Coral), A9423 (Pumpkin Orange), and A2497 (Apricot), Yellow - A9433 (Saffron Yellow) A935 (Bumble Bee Yellow), and A 949 (Tuscan Sun. For the clouds, I used A266 (Sky Blue) and A268 (Arctic Blue). I used the same colors for the little critter eggs. For the Skull, I used A155 (Koala Gray, A154 (Dolphin Gray), and A151 (Cloudy Gray).

Finally, I used Factory Yellow Cardstockwarehouse as my panel underneath the base using a strong glue. Then arrange all the images according to my plan and voila! After that,  I used my  Cricut Machine using Design Space and make my own sentiment. I did not add anymore embellishment as everything looks perfect! (well, that's how I see it) :)

I really hope you like this card and you're inspired to recreate it. I hope you can stop by the Oddball Website and give this Digital Stamp a try.

A Vegan Pic-Nic- a card for

Good morning Creepy Girl today I show you my colorful card created for the Friday post of Oddball as inspiration ... that is, I tried to put in just the best I could, in addition to the use of various digital (which you can find in the shop of Lizzy), I used a stencil overlay and created a mini double shaker card.

First of all I created my stamp composition in Photoshop and printed it on marker paper.
The stamps are:

Once printed I colored them with my beloved Copic and then I switched to masking to cover the design and create the background.

These are the little puddles that I created directly with masking paper

Once my composition was covered I took my stencils and my distress oxides and I started to create, first the sky and then the lawn.

You can't see it in the photos but I then used a stencil for the blades of grass as well.
The stencils I used are:
_My Favorite Things "Rolling clouds"
-Polka doodles "Grass Lawn stencil"

I then recreated the Boken effect with two other stencils, Aga Baraniak for the large circles and Moda Scrap for the small ones, and a pearl ink "white shimmer Delicata by Tsukineko.
I then finished coloring the puddles and creating the highlights.
For the shaker I took the curve of the rainbow and I traced, cut and engraved an oval shape to create the window.

This is the back of the card with the portion peeking out from behind the cloud-colored window

After having boxed the various sections well with the thick double-sided tape, I chose my sequins and closed the card.

I leave you to other more detailed images below

Well, I'm done for today too, I had a lot of fun creating this card as usual, and I hope it can somehow inspire you for your work.
I send everyone a sea of random kisses
yours

Nice Day for a Picnic!

Here is today's make for Oddball Art Co - Our Oddball theme for this month is

Let's Get Outside - Easter

I am using CCC149 Premium Haunted Picnic - images and sentiment.

And again, I have made a journal page.

Step ONE

Combine the images  in Word and print on white card. Colour with markers AND CUT OUT.

Step TWO

Add paint to my journal page. This was a 'use up' page. I had squeezed out two much green the other day! Sponge through stencils. I think these are both Tim Holtz ones.

Step THREE

Stamp with black archival. I used a background stamp from Crafters Companion and a Tim Holtz Spiders Web.

Add doodling with gold, black and white pens.

Step FOUR

Add the image and sentiment.

Step FIVE

A bit of splatter - I also added the gloss to the eyes.
