Oddballartstamps had a birthday this week!
For this card I used Doodlebug papers and the dies used are from Sizzix. I colored the punk girl with prisma premium colored pencils. The sentiment and little cake dude are from Ink Road Stamps (sentiment on the inside from IRS also).
