Hey Oddballs! It is EK from ekgorman designs. Have you played along yet with the Oddball Art monthly challenge for the Month of May...there is still time if you have missed out! This month's theme is Dusty Diamond's Twisted Circus!
Hey Oddballs, it's EK from ekgorman designs and I am popping into to remind you to play along with this month's Challenge.
Everyone Month, Oddball Art puts out a challenge, that has a loose theme of "Life Size Leprechauns & Unlucky Clovers". But in reality, this month long challenge is an Anything Goes, with any stamp and any theme.
This month, Oddball is stepping up things, and letting you get two chances to win...bring a friend to the challenge and if one of you is randomly picked, both of you win.
I created an Art Journal layout for this month's challenge reminder (see it is truly an anything goes challenge) with a non-saint Patrick's Day themed digital stamp from Oddball. I pulled out the digi IMG129 Hadley and the Hairdresser and colored her up with my copics, and then added her to a more traditional art journal page.
If you want to watch not only how I colored up the image, but see how I created the background in the art journal, pop over and watch this video now.
Thanks for popping in today, and make sure you participate. If you need to, say I referred you to the monthly challenge.
I´m again with a interactive card für you. I have always admired these cards with the moving motives. Unfortunately, one needs for it spazielle stamp sets and so far I could not try it. But who knows me knows that I will not give up so soon. So for a long time I was looking for a way also with Digi Stamps to create such a card. On youtube I found something; at least how to create such a card with normal stamps.
I have used the bats from the CCC# 22 and edited them in my graphics program. Then i put they together so that the movement of their wings becomes visible, if you pull them under a card with slots to the side. Since you can really perceive the effect of the card only in motion, I shot a short video for you again.
Hey Oddballs...It's EK from ekgorman designs, and I am so excited to sneak in today and share a little copic color video. I am playing around with the new collections of Boos from Oddball Art, IMG 469 Boo Baby Brides.
Hey Oddballs! It's EK from ekgorman designs sneaking in today with a little copic coloring video.
With Halloween (the best holiday) just around the corner, I have demons, spooks, ghouls and ghosts on the mind, so I thought it might be fitting to do a little devilish card that wasn't centered around Halloween, but had a bit of Devilish appeal.
I printed out IMG252 Fearsome Fiona and Teddy and then pulled out my new copic airbrush machine to play around with. I have new video up sharing how I created everything, and if you want to see it in HD, click here.

Not only did I color up my first Halloween card, I did a fun little technique sharing how to back light a crowd. Instead of trying to explain it to you, I went ahead and whipped up a little video so you can just watch!
